We are excited that you have chosen to visit our web-site! Payne County Youth Services, Inc., is a private, non-profit (501 (c) (3), tax exempt agency with a history of providing counseling, prevention, diversion, crisis intervention, parent education, victims advocacy, workforce programming, emergency sheltering, and substance abuse treatment services to youth between the ages of 12-18, or in the 6th - 12th grades, and their families in the Payne County area. PCYS will celebrate their 40-year anniversary in 2012 and is the only agency in the area that provides services with no restriction to services based on the service recipient's inability or refusal to pay for such services.

Are you looking for the perfect gift that will keep on giving all year long? Give an honorary membership to the Friends of PCYS! Your gift will let the recipient know you are wishing them Happy Holidays, as well as provide for the youth and families served by PCYS. Friends membership levels start at $15.
