Payne County Youth Services, Inc., is a private, non-profit (401 (c) (3), tax exempt agency with over a 36-year history of providing counseling, prevention, diversion, crisis intervention, parent education, victims advocacy, workforce programming, emergency sheltering, and substance abuse treatment services to youth between the ages of 12-18, or in the 6th – 12th grades, and their families in the Payne and Pawnee County area. PCYS is the only agency in the area that provides services with no restriction to services based on the service recipient's inability or refusal to pay for such services.
